Hanslink has a large portfolio of over 50 commercial properties which are on a leaseback deal to one of our healthcare related subsidiaries. This includes a recent purchase of a prime office block located in the heart of Edinburgh. This 7,000 sqft office block acts as the Headquarters for our healthcare related subsidiary. We also hold investments across the residential sector primarily focusing on prestigious and prime residential locations in central Edinburgh.
Wales
Hanslink owns a portfolio of 5 commercial properties which are on a leaseback deal to another healthcare business of ours. We have recently purchased a large former NHS health centre in a prime location within Wales.
