How we operate
We concentrate on the unconditional purchase of brownfield sites with a view to adding value through our extensive knowledge of the UK planning system.
We are self funded & do not require prior approvals, this gives us the ability to move quickly and take views on issues when necessary, without being subject to the collateral associated with bank borrowing.
Our track record shows that we are equally interested & capable of working on small schemes, as well as larger opportunities.
We have an experienced and skilled in-house team, who have a comprehensive understanding of the different facets of the development process which helps deliver our sites in a far quick timeframe.
